1 lb ground venison1/4 C. to 1/2 C. chopped red pepper1/4 C. taco seasoning mixed w/ 2/3 C. water2 C. instant brown rice4 oz 2% Velvetta
- Brown meat with peppers
- Cook instant rice. Once rice is cooked add cut up pieces of velvetta and stir. cover and let melt.
- Add corn, taco seasoning and water to meat.
You can either layer cheese on top or mix through and let all heat through.
Makes about 8 1 C. portions
