Sauteed Radishes

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Radishes, 2 cup slices Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp Salt and coarse peper to taste
Directions
Melt butter over medium heat. add radishes (tops cut off and trimmed - cut radishes into quarters) - 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper.

Cook 14-15 minutes or until radishes are fork-tender andl ightly browned.

Remove skillet from heat, toss radishes with dill and transfer to serving bowl.

    I had never had cooked radishes. These were outstanding. I cooked them using the Pampered Chef Dill mix that has lemon and garlic in it. OMG. Sooo good! My husband who doesn't really like radishes loved them too! Will definitely do again! - 1/13/11
