Crockpot Sour Cream/Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
4 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 (8oz) container fat free sour cream1/2 package Low Sodium Taco Seasoning1 cup of your favorite salsa
Directions
Spray crockpot with nonstick spray.
Place 1/3 cup salsa in the bottom of the crock.
Place 2 breasts in and sprinkle with 1/4 seasoning pk.
Repeat layer and cover with remaining salsa.

After the chicken is cooked, remove and place on plate. Turn off crockpot and wisk in fat free sour cream.
Place chicken back into sauce.
Serve over noodles, rice or bulgar.
