Splenda Mini Cheesecakes

12 Vanilla Wafers8 oz Neufchatel Cheese1/4 cup Splenda1/4 cup Egg Substitute1/4 tsp vanilla
1) Preheat oven to 350.
2) Place 6 baking cups in a cupcake tin.
3) Put 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each baking cup.
4) Combine remaining ingredients (except remaining vanilla wafers) in a dish w/ mixer.
5) Pour the mixture in to cups.
6) Put 1 remaining vanilla wafer on top of each.
7) Bake for 15 minutes.
