Ingredients
2 cans (14 oz) chicken broth2 cans (14 oz) Stokes green chile with porik1 can red or green jalapenos1cup salsa1 can (14 oz ) corn1 can (14 oz) black beans drained2-3 cloves garlic1/4 cup onions choppedMay add rice if desired.
Directions
Makes 6 1 cup servings.
Chop and brown garlic and onions in olive oil. Add broth and green chile and salsa. Bring to a boil . Add corn and black beans . Simmer for 20 min. reduce temperature and serve with grated cheese and sour cream and colored tortilla cups.
