Real Vegatable Soup

Ingredients
1 quarter of a Medium Cabbage, Shredded into reasonably small pieces.1 Red Pepper.Half a pound of fresh Mushrooms,1 Large Carrot, (Either sliced or shredded)1 tin Asda Sweetcorn1 OnionChichen Stock. Either home made or OXO Cubes (To your taste)
Directions
Chop everythiing into pieces of no more than half an inch cubes, then simply throw the lot into a preassure cooker, or large pan with lid.
Add two pints of water.
Put on the pan lid, (Secure properly if using Preassur Cooker)
Light the gas or turn on electric cooker.
Have fun with the kids while it's cooking
