Ingredients
1 1/3 Cups Water1 1/3 C Instant potato flakes (bulk @ Winco)1 Tbsp butter1/4 Cup fat free half and half1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Heat water, half and half, butter and salt to boiling. Remove from heat; stir in potatoes & stir just until moistened. Let stand until liquid is absorbed; whip with fork to desired consistency
