Gluten Free Lactose Free Bread

Ingredients
385gm(14oz) Gluten Free Flour1 Scant tsp Bread Soda(baking soda)1 Heaped Tsp gluten free baking powder1 tsp salt1 heaped tsp Xanthum Gum2 heaped tsp of Cream of Tartar1 egg beaten lightly 300-350ml MilkTeaspoon of oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 230c. Oil a 2lb loaf tin
Mix then sieve the dry ingredients together
Whisk the egg and milk and then add with the oil to the dry ingredients. Mix to thickish consistency.
Spoon into loaf tin
Bake for 5 mins at 230c, then reduce to 180c for 25-30mins or till cooked.
