Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients
1 package (1 oz) sugar-free butterscotch instant pudding1 1/2 cup cold skim milk1 can (15 oz) canned pumpkin pureepumpkin spice to taste
Directions
Makes: Four 3/4 cup servings

Mix skim milk and butterscotch pudding until completely dissolved
Stir in pumpkin puree
Add pumpkin pie spice to desired level (approx. 1 1/2 tsp)

Suggestion: Top with "Cool Whip Free" and some "Fiber One"/"All Bran" cereal for all the flavor and texture of pumpkin pie (without the calories).
