Apple Cake

Ingredients
4 apples peeled cored and diced in 1 in pieces2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup applesauce1/4 cup veg. oil1 tsp baking soda1 tbs vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup splenda1 cup sugar3 eggs
Directions
Mix sugar and eggs. Add baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon.
Mix in flour just until moistened and fold in apples. Bake in greased 9x13 pan for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool and serve warm or romm temp.

350 degrees.
