Ginger Buffalo Curry (Slow Cooker Version)

Ingredients
1/4 cup all-purpose flour2-1/2 pounds boneless bufalo chuck, cut into 1/2 by 2 inch strips2/3 cup water1/3 cup tomato paste2 large onions, finely chopped3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger6 cloves garlic, minced1 (2 inch) piece cinnamon stick1 teaspoon ground turmeric1 teaspoon ground paprika2 tablespoons ground cumin1 tablespoon ground coriander1 teaspoon ground cardamon1/2 teaspoon ground cloves1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper1/4 teaspoon ground nutmegsalt to taste1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
1) Place buffalo and flour in a large, re-sealable plastic bag. Shake to coat buffalo with flour. In a small bowl, mix tomato paste and water. In a large slow cooker, combine onions, ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick, turmeric, and paricka. Place buffalo on onions. Sprinkle with cumin, coriander, cardamon, cloves, caynne pepper, and nutmeg. Pour tomato paste mixture over meat.

2) Cover, and cook on LOW setting until buffalo is very tender, about 8 to 9 hours. When ready to serve, season to taste with salt, and stir in cilantro.
