2 tsp oil1 tsp Five spice2 tbsp Garlic1c chunked pineapple1 lb of firm tofu (cubed)1c Broccolli florets (Frozen)1c frozen peas1c frozen greenbeans1c reserved pineapple juice from can2c cooked rice
Heat oil and juice in pan, add garlic and five spice. Heat 1 minute. Add frozen vegetables and pineapple heat til mostly thawed. Add tofu. Cook 2 minutes, stirring often. Add rice. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until heated through. Add soy sauce to taste. Serve hot
