1 lb. of fresh ground chuck1 package of sloppy Joe seasoning1 can of tomato pastediced onions to taste
1) Brown meat with diced onions and drain well.
2) Follow instructions on the back of sloppy Joe seasoning package using seasoning, tomato paste and water.
3) Eat on bread or alone for fewer calories.
*Freezes well if you make your own frozen dinners or need to preserve leftovers for any reason.
