2 cups raw carrots2 cups chopped oinions4 cups chopped celery30 cups turkey broth ( bones of 1 turkey boiled with i oniona and 1 tbsp of poultry seasoning)1 tbsp butter1 cup dry egg noodlesfresh dill2 cups chopped turkey meat.1 cup frozen peas1 cup frozen corn
Put the bones of one turkey in stock pot ( 30L )with 1 onion and 1 tbsp of poultry seasoning. Let simmer 1.5 hours
Take out bones and strain broth. Take off any remaining meat off of bones and add to stock
Add chopped carrots to stock
Fry celery and onions in 1 tbsp of butter till soft and brown.
Add browned celery and onions to stock.

Add corn and peas
Add noodles
Just befor serving add dill.
