Strawberry Cheesecake Shake

Ingredients
1/2 c non fat milk1/2 c low fat or ff cottage cheese3 packages of splenda or truvia1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 c strawberries
Directions
put everything in blender except strawberries. Blend once cottage cheese is fully blended then add strawberries and ice if you want and blend. LOVE IT

    Loved it! Modified recipe a bit: froze fruit, Fiber 1 Low Fat Cottage Cheese for more fiber, 2TB honey vs splenda/ truvia, added a banana vs vanilla extract, and used 2% milk. Calories went to 372.5 but as a meal replacement this is excellent & filling. Definitely a keeper & will try w/ other fruit! - 4/6/11
