Morning Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup fat free plain yogurt2 cups skim milk2 large fresh, ripe bananas3 cups frozen mixed fruit1 tsp vanilla extract2 T honey
Directions
Place all items in a blender and whirl until smooth. You can also use tofu for the yogurt and soy milk for the milk.
