Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed1 bag Schwan's Roasted Potatoes-Broccoli-Carrots with Cheese Sauce2 cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup1 tsp dried parsleypinch of garlic powder2 dashes cayenne peppersalt to taste
Directions
Place vegetable blend into crockpot (any similar blend of a different brand will work fine but adjust values accordingly). Place chicken over veggies. Mix soup and seasonings and slather atop chicken. Cook on low 6-7 hours.
