Chickpea Avacado Salad

Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cupAvacado - 1 mediumRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomatoEnglish Cucumber (with peel), 1/2 cucumber2 Cups Hearts of Palm or 1 Cup Artichoke HeartsBlack Olives, canned (small-extra large), 1/2 Cup Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long)Parsley, dried, 1/2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbspExtra Light Olive Oil, 1 tsp
Combine all but last 3 ingredients together in a large bowl.
Chop them as small as the chickpeas (or smaller).
In a small dish, combine parsley flakes, Red wine (or balsamic) vinegar, and olive oil. Whisk together a drizzle over other ingredients.
Mix everything together with a large spoon and serve immediately.
