Grilled cheese pita sandwich

Ingredients
Half Whole-Wheat pita, small, 4"American Cheese, 2% or Fat Free
Directions
Slice pita length-wise into 2 halves. Fold cheese slices in half. Using Pam non-fat butter flavored cooking spray, pre-heat flat skillet pan. Place 1 pita half outside down on the skillet pan. Place cheese slices down on top of pita. Place other half of pita outside-up on skillet. Cook for approximately 10 minutes until brown and crispy and turn over. Brown and crisp and remove from heat. Makes 1 serving.
