Apple Pork Loin

5 oz pork tenderloin1 apple, not peeled, but without corePan or other non-stick spray1/2 tsp brown sugar1 tsp I Can't Believe It's Not ButterDash of cinnamon to tasteNo-Salt and Pepper to taste
Spray skillet with Pan or other non-stick spray
Cook tenderloin. Season to taste with No-Salt and pepper. Set aside and keep warm.
Slice the apples 1/2 inch thick and add to the pan with 1 tsp of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and cinnamon (or cloves)
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning once or twice until some of the apples are browned.
Arrange apples around the tenderloin and serve.
