Ingredients
Chicken Breast (1 - boneless, skinless)Italian Style Bread Crumbs (1/4 cup)Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (1 Tbsp)Extra Light Olive Oil (1 tsp)
Directions
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees
* Mix bread crumbs and cheese on plate
* Brush chicken all over with olive oil
* Coat chicken with bread crumbs/cheese mix
* Place on non-stick bake-ware and bake in oven for 30 minutes
* Remove chicken from oven, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes
* Serve & Enjoy
