Ham and Potato Soup

6 large potato's5 med carrots4 stocks celery1 cup chopped onion1 small summer squash12 oz Ham6 cups of water4 cups rice milk or goat milk10 fresh basil leaves1 Tsp fresh Thyme1 Tbsp fresh Sage1/4 cup flour
Cut up all your veggies and put everything in the really big crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add flour water past towards the end to thicken the soup. Add salt and pepper for taste and enjoy
