L.R. bean soup

Ingredients
13 cups pinto beans soaked (measure after soaking)3 qt. water1 lb. venison sausage, browned1 T. crushed garlic2 cups chopped onions4 slices bacon chopped1/4 cup ham broth powder (opt.)salt to taste1 tsp. pepperfresh cilantro (about 3/4 cup chopped)fresh sage ( about 1/2-3/4 cup chopped)
Directions
After soaking beans overnight, drain water off and rinse beans. Place beans, water and everything else into a pressure cooker. Cook until it starts to juggle. Reduce heat and continue to cook for about 15 minutes. If your beans are fairly old, you may have to cook longer. Reduce pressure and serve over cornbread. Top with fat-free sour cream and chopped onions and maybe some hot sauce if desired. Makes about 18-1 cup servings.
