Tina's Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 1 head choppedChicken Broth, 6 cupsOnions, raw, 1 choppedCanola Oil, 1 1tsp Garlic, 2 cloves crushedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, choppedGinger Root, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp crushed cumin*Coriander seed, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1/2 tsp
Directions
Heat oil. Add onion, garlic, celery, ginger, cumin, coriander and turmeric. Cook 5 minutes. Add cauliflower and cook for 2 minutes. Add broth and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes. Transfer in batches to food processor and puree until smooth. Return soup to pot and reheat. Serve with a dollop of fat free yogurt and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro if you like! Keeps in fridge for up to 3 days and freezes nicely for up to a month.
