Turkey and Veggie S'getti

Ingredients
1 tbsp sunflower oil1 lb of extra lea ground turkey3 gloves of garlic1 med/lg zucchini (about 2 cups chopped)1 small sweet potato, peeled and diced1 large can or jar of premade s'getti sauce (I used DelMonte Tomato Basil in a can)Pasta about 7 cups cooked
Directions
Makes about 6 servings.

Saute garlic, zucchini and sweet potato in oil over med hi heat until softened.

Add turkey and start browning. Add any additional spices at this time, like a little more basil and some onion powder...maybe some Worsteshire, whatever.

Once turkey is brown, add sauce. I like to rinse the can with a little water and toss that in too.

Start the water heating for the pasta. Simmer the sauce until the pasta is done.

Eat. =)
