Barefoot Contessa Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1.5 lb. 85/15 lean ground turkey1 egg3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs1 cup diced onion2 tbsp. worsterchester sauce2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil10 tbsp ketchup (squirt)1/4 cup chicken stocksalt & pepper
Directions
Saute onion until soft in EVOO, add chicken stock, worschester sauce, 1 quirt of ketchup and mix well. bring to room temp.

combine all ingredients in 1 bowl and form into a loaf on a cookie sheet. squirt ketchup on top.

bake for 1.5 hours @ 325 degrees.

enjoy hot or cold!!

    Sounds yummy, though wondering if the serving sizes are wrong, as it would be 12 ounces of meatloaf for one serving. Saw Ina make it on her show and it looked delicious. - 10/16/09
