Brussel Sprouts with Lemon Butter

Ingredients
500 g. brussel sprouts1 Tbsp margarine1.5 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Makes 6 servings.

Clean brussel sprouts and make an X in the bottom of each one. Steam for about 10-15 minutes or until tender.

Place margarine and lemon juice in a small dish and microwave till melted. Pour over brussel sprouts and mix. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and serve.
