Garlic Red Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients
1.5 cups green beans4 cloves garlic1.5 pounds (700 grams) baby red potatoes (about 12-15 the size of an apricot)1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Cut potatoes into quarters
Dice garlic
Boil pot of water
boil potatoes just until a fork goes through them, but still firm
During last 3-4 minutes, add green beans
Drain potatoes & green beans
In a pan on very high heat, add olive oil and garlic - just until fragrant
Add potatoes & beans to pan, stir for 5 minutes.
Makes 8 servings
