Ingredients
1 large sweet potato (or 2 smaller ones)1/4 cup non fat milk1 tsp cinnamon1 Tbs. pure maple syrup
Directions
bake the sweet potato, or microwave it until soft. Scoop out the flesh into a medium bowl. Add the milk, syrup, and cinnamon and mash with a fork. or potato masher.
