Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast, cubed and cooked16 oz. broccoli, cooked1 c. mayo1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of mushroom soup2 c. shredded cheddar cheese1/2 c. chopped onion4 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place cooked chicken and broccoli in 9x13 casserole dish.
Mix remaining ingredients together, except for 1 c. of cheese and pour over chicken and broccoli. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 45 min. or until bubbly.

    the name makes it sound so promising. . . but i can't understand how this recipe could be classified as healthy! Substitute fat free mayo, use only 2 whole eggs and 2 whites, and used reduced fat and sodium cheddar cheese, and it lowers everything without sacrificing taste - 12/8/10

    This was surprisingly good. I wasn't sure about the eggs being in the mixture but it was still yummy. It did have a funky texture with the eggs but I will still make it again. I added some french fried onions on top. - 3/15/10
