Turkey Tetrazzini

¼ C. Butter or Margarine¼ C. Flour1 Chicken Bouillon cube1 can low-fat Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 oz. Milk1 C. of hot Water1 tsp. Parsley12 oz. cooked Whole wheat Spaghetti2 cups chopped Turkey1 sm. can of sliced Mushrooms1 Tbsp. White Wine or SherryPepper to taste3 tsp. of Parmesan Cheese
Makes 4 - .5 cup servings
Preparation:
While cooking spaghetti according to package directions
Chop up turkey until bite size pieces
Get flour, butter and 2 quart microwave safe casserole dish ready for the rue
Mix soup and milk in small bowl
Cooking Rue:
Add ¼ cup butter to 2 quart microwave safe pan, Heat in Microwave on High for 1 minute until butter melted
Add ¼ cup flour to pan, stir
Slowly stir in hot water alternating with soup mixture
Heat in Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir
Heat for 1-2 minutes until thickened
Cooking tetrazzini:
Add turkey, mushrooms, and spaghetti
Add wine, parsley and pepper
Stir thoroughly
Heat for 10 minutes on High.
Top with Parmesan Cheese
Serve and enjoy
