Ground turkey stroganoff - reduced fat

Ingredients
1.25 lbs ground turkey1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped1/2 cup chopped onions3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup3 cloves garlic, crushedblack pepper to taste
Directions
Brown the ground turkey, mushrooms, onions and garlic until the meat is cooked through and the onions are carmelized. Add in the can of soup and sour cream and then pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve over whole wheat pasta (not included in nutrition calculations)

    This was great, I did it I a crockpot! I used yolk-less egg noodles. This will be a regular here, for leftovers I plan to throw in some mixed veggies. - 10/12/12
