Crockpot London Broil on Egg Noodles

4 pounds London Broil1 medium onion, sliced into rings1 tbsp Honey1 tsp Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, Original1 tbsp Fresh Oregano1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper1 tsp Sea Salt1/2 cup Red Wine16 oz enriched Egg Noodles
1) Place London Broil in crock pot.
2) Place sliced onions, honey, red hot sauce, oregano, pepper and salt on top of London Broil.
3) Add red wine.
4) Cook on LOW for 6 or more hours.
5) About 30 minutes before London Broil has finished cooking, prepare egg noodles according to package directions.
6) Remove the London Broil from crock pot and let set for a few minutes.
7) Tear into chunks or shred with a fork. Return to the crock pot to reheat.
8) Serve over the egg noodles.
