2 cups white flour1.5 cups whole wheat flour1 cup old fashioned oats1/3 cup light brown sugar3/4 cup canned pumpkin1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. sugar3/4 tsp. salt2 tbsp melted betterCombine dry ingredients, then wet and beat/knead for 5 minutes. Let rise in a lightly greased bowl for 1 hour. Add melted butter, cinnamon and extra brown sugar into rolled out dough. Roll up cinnamon swirl style, place in loaf pan and let rise covered for 90 minutes. When risen, bake for 30 minutes at 350.Enjoy!
