White beans and Hot Dog Soup

Beans, navy, 2 cup All beef franks/hot dogs, sliced 4 serving Baby Cut Carrots chopped (8 baby carrots), 3 oz Celery, raw, chopped 3 stalk, small (5" long) Onions, raw, chopped 1 small Garlic, minced or chopped finely 2 tspSalt to taste Pepper to taste
Soak beans overnight.
Next morning, Drain. Place beans, 2 quarts water, carrots, celery, onions, salt, pepper, and garlic in deep pot. Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer. Remove 1/2 of bean mixture and place in bowl. Mash well. I put my into my blender and blend till smooth. Add mashed beans back into pot, mix well.
Slice hot dogs and pan seer in a frying pan till slightly browned and hot.
Add hotdogs, cook stirring occasionally until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 1 1/2 cup servings.
If this soup is too bland the way it is, sprinkle some garlic powder into it.
