Amy's Veggie Wrap

Ingredients
1 t. Salad Supreme spice1/2 c diced carrot1/2 c chopped cauliflower1/2 c chopped broccoli1/4 c olives, sliced1/4 c lite mayonnaise1 t. dill weed12 spinach leaves or lettuce1 (1oz) slice cheddar cheese3 oz deli sliced ham, turkey or roast beef, optional (nutritionals were calculated with 3 slices turkey)
Directions
Chop all veggies or pulse in a food processor.
Whisk mayonnaise and seasonings and pour over veggies; mix well.
Line each pita or wrap with spinach leaves and turkey slices. Fill with veggie mixture.
