Dinner - Tuna Patty Melts - Lite version

Ingredients
2 cans starkist chunk light Tuna in water, drained2 Egg whites13 Nabisco Saltine Crackers, crumbled into small piecesSalt and Pepper to taste8 slices Bread
Directions
Mix tuna, egg whites, crackers, salt and pepper in small bowl.

Spray nonstick frying pan with cooking spray. Form tuna mixture into 4 patties and place in pan on medium heat. Cook 3-5 minutes on the first side. When the bottom of the patties are golden brown, flip them. Cook 3-5 minutes.

NOTE: I use 'Italian Bread.' This is just like normal white bread, but only 40 calories a slice.

This recipe make 4 sandwiches.
