Chicken and Spinage Tato Bake

1 x tub fresh cream1 x box McCain cream style Spinage1/2 block mozzarella cheese1 x packet potato bake sauce (any flavor) 8 big size potatoes 4 boneless & skinless chicken breasts.oven dish (about 30cm x 20cm)30ml Parsley
Peel and slice potatoes about 5mm thick then boil till soft (Don't over cook). Chop chicken breasts into cubes and fry in a little olive oil or garlic butter until cooked. Once Potatoes and chicken is cooked, take the oven dish and grease with butter. Place half of the potatoes in the dish, add a layer of the spinage over the potatoes then sprinkle a little cheese over. Layer all of the chicken evenly over the spinage then add the rest of the potatoes evenly as well. Pour fresh cream and the already mixed potato sause (follow packet instructions) over the potatoes and sprinkle the let over cheese and parsley for the last touch. Place dish in oven at 200*C and leave to cook for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
