Ingredients
1 lb ground Turkey 93% lean4-6 Green peppers (med-lg)1-2 cups Brown Rice, long grain (enough to fill 4-6 Peppers-once)1 Lg. Onion1 16 oz Can Mushrooms (or fresh)Kraft Cheese any kind1 sm. can Hunts Sauce-I usually use green Pepper & Onion
Directions
Cook your Rice, like usual. In another pot, Saute' Onions & Mushrooms, then add turkey. Clean and gut your green peppers-just remove the tops, so you can stuff the peppers. Wash them, and set aside. Once Rice is cooked and drained, add it to the Turkey Mixture. Fill the pepper half way with Rice & Turkey mixture, add some sauce on top, then a little bit of your cheese. Then fill the rest with the Rice & turkey to the top, then add more sauce to the top. Put each one into a pan, with sides. Cook at 350 degrees, for 35-45 minutes, depending on how big they are. When they are just about done, add more cheese to the top, put back into oven for a few minutes, until cheese is melted. Take out let cool a few minutes, then enjoy.

Make a nice Salad or have veggies with this, I use this as my main meal. Enjoy! You can also add the sauce right to the Rice and Turkey mixture, but be careful you dont use too much, it will be very messy if to moist.
