2Tbsp instant yeast4 Cups whole wheat flour3/4 Cup Splenda1 1/2 tsp. No Salt2 eggs1/3 Cup oil2 Cups milk2 Cups Wateranother 5-6 Cups flour
Beat 2 eggs and add 1/3 Cup oil to them. Add heated (warmed) 2Cup milk and 2Cup water to egg/oil.
Combine all above together and whisk so no lumps.
Add 5-6 Cups flour. Make soft dough. Let rise 15 min (in slightly warmed oven) then punch down. Do this 3 times. On the 4th time, put into pans and let rise 1 hour- covered. Bake at 350F for 15minutes. 1 pan at a time. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen
