Vegetarian White Chili

Ingredients
1 can white kidney beans, 1 can great northern beans, 1 can navy beans, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 c. onion, 4 whole cloves garlic, 1 small can (4oz) green chiles, 1 red pepper, 1 can vegetable broth. Cumin , black pepper and Italian seasoning to taste.
Directions
Pour olive oil, onion and garlic in pot. cook until onions are tender. Rinse all beans to try and reduce sodium content. Pour in beans, chiles, vegetable broth and remaining ingredients. Simmer on medium for about 30 minutes or until desired. Serves 6, roughly 1 cup.
