Better-For-You Nachos Bell Grande

1 oz Trader Joe's Reduced Guilt Tortilla Chips.25 cup black beans, rinsed1 oz light shredded mozzarella cheese1 tsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle1 tbsp light sour cream2 tbsp Trader Jose's Salsa Autentica
Spread tortilla chips on a foil-covered baking sheet.
Rinse black beans. Put in a food processor until broken down a little bit.
Top chips with beans, Mrs. Dash, and cheese.
Broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Top with sour cream and salsa.
Yields one serving for a meal, or split with someone for an appetizer or snack.
Note: The sodium count is probably much lower because of rinsing the beans before using them in the recipe.
