1 large can tomato sauce (29 ounces)2 cups diced, lean beef - already cooked2 cups homemade broth4 cups water2 cups finely diced vegetables - confetti vegetables from grocery store are great (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, radish, carrots)1 regular can pinto beans and broth (16 ounces)1 14 1/2 ounce can green beans - rinsed1 14 1/2 ounce can shelly beans - rinsed1 bag frozen cauliflower and broccoli mix - about 12 ounces3/4 cup diced, fresh onion1/2 tablespoon garlic powder1/2 tablespoon onion powder1/2 tablespoon dried parsley1/2 tablespoon Ms. Dash Table Blend1 teaspoon dried oregano (NOT CRUSHED OREGANO)
Add all ingredients to a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat. Cook uncovered for at least 45 minutes to as long as 2 hours. Add more water if thickens too much.
