Lowfat Sauerkraut Soup

Ingredients
Low Fat Cream of Mushroom soup, 1 canLow Fat Cream of Chicken soup, 1 can2 1/2 cups water4 cups of Fat Free Chicken Broth8 oz can of sauerkraut drained1 onion diced1 can carrots or two carrots sliced1 can sliced potatoes or two potatoes washed and cut up1 pound of low fat or Turkey Smoked Sausage, sliced1 tsp dried dill weed1 tsp minced garlic (optional)Pepper to taste
Directions
Wash and cut up vegetables. Brown the onions and carrots in a pan or skillet. Transfer to a crock pot and add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 8 hrs. or Transfer to a big soup pot and add the other ingredients and cook until veggies tender (about an hr. )

Makes 8 servings about 1.5 cups each
