Crispy Taco Pinto Bean Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup canned pinto beans, rinsed and well drained4 cups romaine lettuce1 cup diced fresh tomato2 Scallions white and green partstaco spices like cumin, paprika, etc2 tablespoons low fat sour cream1 tablespoon grated parmesanhot sauce (optional)
Directions
Makes two servings
Place the all the ingredients besides sour cream, Parmesan and hot sauce in a bowl and mix then top with the remaining ingredients.
