Apple Crisp from Pillsbury Cookbook

Ingredients
8 apples - peeled, cored, slice1tbs lemon juice (optional but keeps apples a nice color)1tsp cinnamon (optional).5 cup butter.75 cup packed brown sugar (less if you want).75 cup whole wheat flour (ok to sub all purpose).75 cup rolled oats
Directions
~place apples in 9x13 casserole dish
~sprinkle with lemon, then cinnamon

~mix together remaining ingredients until crumbly

~sprinkle oat mixture onto apples

~bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes

~serve warm w/ non fat vanilla frozen yogurt
