Ingredients
I english muffin1 large egg1 slice 2% american cheese1 slice canandian bacon
Directions
Toast the muffin. Coat a pan w/ cook sparay, and fry the egg. Also, throw the canadian bacon in the pan to warm it up. Layer on the muffin, enjoy! ( I make 10 of these at a time and freeze them. Pop one out in the morning, nuke it for 2 min..quick, easy breakfast!)

    These are really great! I have been making them for years! To make the egg I use a coffee mug, spray it with pam, crack the egg into it, break the yolk, put a damp paper towel over the top (make sure it is tucked under the mug) and nuke it in the microwave for 95 seconds on half power. - 1/7/10

    I make 12 of these at the beggining of each week and put them in the freezer. Microwave for 3 min..so much cheaper ( a FRACTION of the cost, literally) and better for you than the frozen ones at the grocery. - 11/10/09
