Hot Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
1.5 Cups Light Mayonnaise4oz jar Diced Pimento (drained)1 T grated onion1 t Worcestershire Sauce1/3 Cup Splenda8oz block Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)8oz block Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese (grated)1/2 Cup Jalepeno Peppers from a jar (chopped)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cheeses. Next add a little cheese at a time, otherwise you will have trouble mixing it all together. Once all is mixed together, refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours. Serve with crackers as a dip or on bread as a sandwich. Yield: 16 - 1/4Cup servings
