Ingredients:Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup 2% mozarella Cheese, 1.5 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup Mushrooms, canned, 113.3 grams Egg, fresh, 1 large Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 ozTurkey Pepperoni - 10 slices, 2 serving Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
Step #2 Brown ground turkey & drain.
Step #3 Add spaghetti sauce & mushrooms & let simmer for 10 mins.
Step #4 In a small bowl, mix the ricotta, egg, 1/2 C mozzarella & Italian seasoning.
Step #5 Beat well with fork.
Step #6 Grease a 8x8 glass dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step #7 Spread turkey mixture.
Step #8 Spread the ricotta mix.
Step #9 Lay half of the pepperoni on top of the ricotta mix.
Step #10 Put the remaining mozzarella over the pepperoni & then lay the remaining pepperoni on top of the cheese.
Step #11 Bake until bubbly (about 20 mins).
