Honey Sweet Whole Grain Bread

Ingredients
2 T oil6 T honey1 t salt1 1/8 c hot water½ c wheat bran½ c oat bran¼ c vital gluten3 ½ c whole wheat flour2 t yeast
Directions
Add all ingredients to bread maker in the order given except the yeast. Make a shallow whole in the flour and add the yeast to that whole.
Set bread maker to wheat and process.
For a more tender crust, remove the dough from the bread maker just after last raise; place shaped dough into a lightly greased glass loaf pan and let rise in a draft free area until doubled in bulk.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 minutes. Rest on wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from loaf pan.
